We accompany you from the first question to the RVP in your hand. You decide how much of it you leave to us: everything, just the paperwork, or a conversation first.

Step 1
The initial consultation – how it works
Every path begins with this conversation. It costs you nothing extra: with the full package it is fully credited, with Basic it lowers all prices by 15 %.
Request & choose a slot
You fill in the short appointment request – persons, target region, preferred times. We propose appointments – by video or in person at our Moscow office, Taganskaya St. 17–23.
Pay
You receive a personal payment link for card or PayPal with a fixed euro equivalent – or pay in roubles. The appointment is confirmed once payment arrives.
The consultation
With Timur Beslangurov or Anastasia – in English or Russian. At the end you have your roadmap: residence route, region – binding for three years –, timeline including the tricky timing of the criminal record certificate, document list and fixed price.

Your decision after the consultation
Two paths, clearly separated. You choose after the initial consultation – a later switch from Basic to the full package is not provided for, because the full package needs lead time.

We take care of everything up to the residence permit – including official fees, notary, translations and on-site accompaniment. Fixed price per person, family tiers, three instalments.

Not included: flat hunting, job search, customs formalities and matters outside the official RVP procedure. If individual services are waived, the fixed price is not recalculated.

Price per person by region, family tiers and child discount – non-binding, but to the rouble what we would offer you.
Payment in three steps
Base price per person: 1st person 100 %, 2nd 85 %, 3rd 80 %, from the 4th 75 %. Children 0–13 years 55 %, 14–17 years 60 % – together with an adult. The regional surcharge is charged once per case or family. All official fees, notary and translation costs and our staff's travel expenses are included. Only our written offer is binding. All prices include Russian VAT (НДС 22 %). VISTA Immigration is a company registered in Russia: taxes, social contributions for our staff and all fees are paid officially – you receive a contract and an invoice.

Our base prices are adjusted for inflation twice a year on 1 April and 1 October, usually by 4.5–5.5 %; the adjustment on 1 October 2026 is a one-off 9 %. Regional surcharges remain unchanged. The date of the agreement is decisive: for signed contracts, the price valid at the time of signing applies.

For everyone who speaks Russian or has the time to deal with the authorities themselves. We deliver the groundwork remotely – at a fixed price per service.

Basic is an online service. Certified translations, SNILS, bank account, biometrics, medical test and any on-site accompaniment are only available in the full package. Not included: official fees, travel expenses. Prices include Russian VAT (22 %). Time-based services: first hour in full, then in 30-minute increments. Payment on order.

Basic requires the initial consultation (step 1). It unlocks the 15 % discount – and you start with a document list that fits your case.
