Costs and Service Packages
You can choose between two service packages: “Premium” and “Basic,” or “On-Demand Engagement.” These packages differ in the included services.
In the Premium “Full Service” package, all expenses and external costs associated with the application process within Russia are included.

1. Premium "Full Service"
The Premium Full Service offers comprehensive support from the moment you decide to apply for a residence permit or citizenship in Russia. It includes all associated costs, providing planning security. The service is offered throughout Russia and in Russian, German, and English. We cooperate with organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to ensure legally sound services. Furthermore, the service also includes legal representation by a lawyer for any eventualities.

- Consultation – Preliminary discussion 1-1.5 hours (Online)
- Creation of a document list (Online)
- Verification of documents for completeness and requirements (Online)
- Assistance with visa application (Private visa for entry) (Online)
- Personal reception in Russia
- Setting up a bank account with a Russian bank
- Setting up a SIM card for Russia
- Translation of documents with notarization
- Appointment scheduling for health test
- Accompaniment to health test
- Assistance with registration/residential address
- Filling out the application in Russian
- Appointment scheduling and accompaniment to application submission
- Optional: Support for applying for immediate residency until the residence permit is issued

Important: All fees incurred are included in a fixed total amount.
All fees related to authorities, notaries, translations, and our travel costs are already included in a clear fixed sum. This ensures that no unexpected additional costs arise and that the entire process is transparent and straightforward.
Costs: The costs for the “All-In” package depend on the number of persons and minors and apply nationwide in Russia. The corresponding costs can be found further down in the form after you have selected the parameters.
2. Basic "Service Package"
The Basic Service Package offers comprehensive support from the moment you decide to apply for a residence permit or citizenship in Russia. On-site, we assist you with the application process; however, you should be able to carry out the necessary tasks independently or with your own organized help. The associated costs and expenses are not included in this service package. The service is offered throughout Russia and in Russian, German, and English. We collaborate with organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to ensure legally sound services.
Included Services in the "Basic" Package:
- Consultation – Preliminary discussion 1-1.5 hours (Online)
- Creation of a document list (Online)
- Verification of documents for completeness and requirements (Online)
- Filling out the application in Russian (Online)
- Appointment scheduling and accompaniment to the application submission (In the regions: St. Petersburg, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod)
Note: Please be aware that additional translation costs, notary fees, and official charges apply in this case, which are not included in this package. These fees vary depending on local conditions and generally range from 25,000 to 40,000 rubles.
3. On Demand: Billing Based on Effort
Alternatively, our services can also be billed based on actual work done, for example, for filling out applications or providing on-site assistance with a German-speaking translator. The hourly rate for each commenced hour is 7,800 rubles, excluding travel expenses. Legal representation and activities, such as those at government authorities, are charged at 13,800 rubles per hour.

Tip: In most cases, the fixed price stated in the form, which includes all external costs such as translations, notary fees, and official charges, represents the more cost-effective option for applications for residence permits and various other services.
